Book in the Bag

I always carry a book in my bag. Not that I would be able to read it as assumed but I just find it a good way to spend time while travelling, waiting or just spending time alone and/or in silence. I have a growing collection of epubs in my tablet that's easier to carry around but I still prefer the real thing. Something I could flip pages, hear the slow scratching of pages with each other, the dog ear folds I make whenever I fail to bring along a bookmark with it. 

It had been a little while that I had finished reading a book in one-sitting. Times had changed but the love for flipping pages just keeps burning. 

My sweet escape. The thing that makes me feel not alone when I am all alone.

    Your bag must be big and heavy since I think this is a big book to be carried around. I dont read as much anymore because I am reading school books re curriculum. Happy reading and have a great week!

      it's just small :) around 6 inches x 4.5 inches x 1 inch thick I think.. It's hardbound and with glossy paper. I got in on 70% discount in one Fullybook sale. I chose this one, for the week as I leisure and research reading options.. Haven't really had time to go do some happy readings. The books I got from the MIBF, except for Amapola by Ricky Lee, are still unopened. Hopefully, I can find time to finish them before the year ends.

      Hmmm.. Bago to ah.. Latest hit para sakin ang Trese! At gagawan sya ng movie ni Jerrold Tarog, so kelangan ko na ma-complete ang collection bago yun.. nabasa ko na yung 4 books, pero wala pa kong personal copy ng kahit alin sa anim... Hoarding na ituuuu! Hahahaha

    hayst.. sana may patience ako sa pagbabasa ng book.. mabilis kasi akong mainip... the last book na nabasa ko ay yung The Revenge of Seven na part ng Lorean Legacies pero yung isang book took me 3 or 4 months bago ko natapos hahaha

The skies had been dark like a storm is coming. Malapit na malapit na! Magpapaalam na ko sa pagkabampira. Ang pinakaunang kong career ay nagsimula sa BPO hanggang sa napadpad na ko sa mga “captive sites” companies, at hindi ko ipagkakaila ang malaking pasasalamat ko sa   pagkakataong naibigay sakin sa loob nang mahigit anim na taon. Marami akong natutunan, maraming nais kalimutan at syempre mas marami yung nais kong manatili lalo na yung pagkakaibigan at mga aral sa buhay na nabuo habang ako'y nasa trabaho at nakikisalamuha.
