What are you passionate about?

Hmmm... I am passionate about finding what my real passion/s is/are.

It is just difficult to pinpoint which is which but I am very much passionate seeing people feel successful when they try to learn something, I love encouraging people and seeing them try hard and be good at something. I like connecting people. I like giving and sharing and seeing something good come out of it.

Today, my local grandma and grandpa took me to Udo Jingu. They let me buy a goshuincho and have it with a goshuin. We visited the shrine, we threw stone at the turtle's back in the ocean. They said that if the person who threw the stone can successfully shoot it into the hole, the person will receive good luck. Out of all the 15 stones I had thrown, none had made it to the hole. With that, I refuse to rely on it for my future. LOL.

Udo Jingu is said to be the place where couples come for requests and prayers of fertility and conception.

After that, we had lunch at a pitstop where we lay a mat on a grassy area fashing the sea and the washboard. In the middle of the chilly winds and gloomy skies, we shared a hearty lunch. Local grandma made us onigiri with black sweet beans, chicken and tamagoyaki.

Later that afternoon, I took a quick trip to Daiso and decided to add a few smaller plates into my kitchen, bought a hanging rod for the washing area and a bunch of souvenirs.

I went home and took a nap and prepared for another meeting. I had setup two separate friends to meet for a programming for kids curriculum.

Apparently, with the good set of people I have been meeting and making friends with recently, it seems that I can become a good network/contact specialist for people. LOL. But it was really wonderful to see people come together for projects and collaborations.

I swear, after this day, I am putting myself into a heavy diet in preparation for my trip to the PH. We had steak for dinner while waiting for my friend's wife. I also asked my friend to help me find a practice workbook for my kanji and bought a set of calligraphy pens as well. Hayst. For this practice set, I hope to do, one page a day. Hoping that that wont take me more than 30 minutes every day.

I haven't thought about my weekly meal plan. I have to do that starting tomorrow. It worked the previous weeks, so I will do it again. I'm also thinking of opening an account in another local bank for personal savings that I don't intend to spend except when really needed.

Countdown and 2018 is about end. How time flies. A lot things happened in 2018, a few doors opened, many connections built. I cannot think of where should I start being thankful for many added good things on top of a loving family, a faithful God and a job that provides.
